Returns/Exchanges:
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. To achieve this goal, we are happy to offer a full refund on all undamaged products returned within 45 days of the date the item was shipped.

Returned items must be in perfect condition. This means that there are no scratches, marks, or blemishes on the item; there are no signs of wear on the product; and the product must not have been duplicated.

Exchanges are allowed on all products that were defective due to poor manufacturing.

To return or exchange a product, please send the product to SuccessWorld, 648 237th Pl SE, Sammamish, WA 98074. Include your name, address and phone number, and a note describing why you would like to return or exchange our product.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund original shipping & handling charges unless an error occurred on our part in shipping your order.


Shipping and Handling Policy:
You may choose from any of the US Postal Services or UPS shipping rates listed in the checkout dropdown menu when you purchase products. Our handling and packaging charge is $3.00 for each order.


How will I know you received my order?
You will receive an email confirming that your order has been placed.


When will my order be shipped?
Your order will be shipped once your credit card is approved, the receiving address is verified, or if paying with a Money Order, upon receipt. There is a five banking day holding period after a personal check is received. Typically, your order will begin processing the following business day if your order was received after noon Pacific Standard Time.


How long does shipping take?
This depends on the shipping method you choose. For USPS First Class, you should receive your order between 3 to 5 business days. Please note that during holidays the USPS may be overwhelmed which may cause orders to be a little later. Sometimes a little patience is required.

Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Personal Checks (US only), and Money Orders.
